International Open Access Week 2025 takes place from 20 to 26 October. Open Access Week is a great opportunity to link global efforts in sharing knowledge with policy changes and important social issues.

Are you looking to publish your research? Do you know how to make your work open access? Do you know how you can retain your author rights? Join staff from UNSW Library for an approachable introduction to publishing your work.

SDG Showcase at the Roundhouse
The SDG Showcase runs from 9.30am to 5pm on Tuesday 28 October. Drop by the Library stall from 12pm to chat with our team and explore the data and insights up close. Join us at 2.20pm for a talk from the Library and learn about our progress in making all SDG-aligned research open access at UNSW. Open Access Australasia programs
Open Access Australasia will be holding three events for OA Week with experts discussing themes concerning the politics of knowledge, community ownership of knowledge, and how authors can maintain agency over their work.
