
Last year, the Library conducted user experience (UX) research activities that engaged UNSW students, academics and professional staff to gather feedback about the Library’s online presence.

What the Library is implementing
Guided by the key insights, we will be implementing enhancements on the UNSW Library website including:
- Introducing new layouts to make content easier to read and find.
- Incorporating more images and simplifying text.
- Adding more icons and useful links.
- Reducing Library jargon.
