Alun Leach-Jones: a language of his own

Opening: Thursday 23 August, 11.00am – All welcome

Alun Leach-Jones was one of Australia's best known abstract artists. He is recognised as being a significant teacher and mentor to young Australian artists and for almost two decades he lectured at the UNSW College of Fine Arts. This memorial exhibition celebrates an artist whose contribution through his work and teaching had a formative impact on a generation of artists and art lovers throughout Australia.

The exhibition will be on display in UNSW Library’s Exhibitions Space on Level 5 of the Main Library until 19 September 2018. Open to members of the public 9.00am - 7.00pm weekdays and 12.00noon - 4.00pm weekends.
