Who does this impact?
Teaching academics and educational developers.
What is happening?
Leganto servers have migrated. This means you will need to change your Leganto shareable links, if you have not done so already.
Links that need to be changed are:
- Leganto shareable links in a course management system other than Moodle
- Leganto shareable links listed in a Word or PDF document
The Library has updated shareable links in Moodle, but if you use add-on software such as H5P, you will need to update any shareable links used there yourself. No further Moodle links will be changed.
What do I need to do?
Shareable links with the prefix https://ap01-a.alma need to be changed to https://unsw.alma
You need to generate a new shareable link for every item in your list and replace it in your course management system or document.
If you are using these links in an application such as Microsoft Word, you can use the Find and Replace feature to update multiple links at once.
