The Intercampus Loans Service arranges the transfer of items between campuses: the Main Library and Freehills Law Library, Kensington and the College of Fine Arts Library, Paddington. The service is available to all UNSW Library users.

How do I arrange an intercampus loan?

Step 1: Search the Catalogue and record the item details - Title, Author, Item Number and Location.

Step 2: Fill out the request form with the item details.

Intercampus loans are only available for items which are on shelf.
If the item is on loan please reserve it via the Catalogue and collect it from the relevant library.

Step 3: Collect the item at the Help Zone or Information Desk at your campus. You will have 9 days to collect the item.

You will be notified by email when the item is ready to collect.
