Help Zone

  - Library related enquiries
  - Ask for help with your research
  - Ask about borrowing and renewing
  - Pick up interlibrary loans and intercampus loans
  - Return chutes are located to the right of the Help Zone and outside the Library for after hours returns

Complex research assistance that includes:

  - Finding information related to a topic of study
  - Refining a search strategy
  - Discovering relevant sources for a research topic
  - Locating and retrieving information
  - Search on the library collection computer at the Help Zone

Renew and reserve

  - Renew loans online via myLibrary
  - Reserve items via Library Search then login to myLibrary to confirm your reservation
  - Return items during opening hours via return chutes inside the Library to the right of the Help Zone
  - Return items after hours via the chute outside the Library

Wayfinder Kiosk

  - Locate group study rooms, collections and computer areas
  - Find toilets, printers, lifts and stairs
  - Locate facilities, faculties and services for Kensington & Paddington campuses

 

 

 

High Use Collection

Reservations & High Use Collection

High demand, two hour loan course materials and items reserved via Library Search.

High Use Collection:

  • - Borrow High Use Collection items using the self-check machine in this area.
  • - Return High Use Collection items in person via the self-check machine in this area. Late books will incur hourly fines

Reservations:

  • - Collect and borrow books you have reserved using the self-check machine in this area
  • - Return reserved items via the return chute
