Computers in the Library
Computers are available for use within the Library. Bookings for computers can only be made inside the Library.
Printing, copying and scanning facilities are available.
Logging in
A current staff/student number and zPass are required to access UNSW Library computers, electronic resources and myLibrary information via the Catalogue.
Note: Non student or staff members of UNSW Library can log into library computers using the bar code number on your library card. The default password is your date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy).
Laptops
You can use your own laptop by connecting to the UniWide network.
Use of Library computers
Library computers are provided for Library members for the purpose of accessing course related information and resources.
It is the responsibilty of Library users to
- comply with University policies and conditions of use: Acceptable Use of UNSW Information and Communication Technology Resources and Email Policy
- observe the Copyright Act 1968 provisions and regulations at all times when accessing and printing library resources both on and off-campus. A section of the Act (PDF 5.26KB) is displayed near each print station
- ensure their use of resources complies with the legislation and licence agreements
