What is EndNote?
EndNote is bibliographic software that allows you to store, organise and manage your references in a database (called an EndNote library). These references can be linked to your word processing documents to instantly create in-text citations and bibliographies in the referencing style that you require.

About this Tutorial
 

Introductory EndNote classes are now available throughout August and September. This online tutorial is based on the contents and handout of our face-to-face library sessions.

This tutorial is aimed at introducing you to the basic features of EndNote 5. It assumes that you are familiar with:
:: working in a Windows environment (eg. opening, saving and closing files), and
:: searching library databases.
